Unfortunately, each order is custom made and hand painted, therefore all sales are final. In the event an item gets damaged in transit, please email or call within 24 hours of receiving your product. Call 860-767-1715 for return instructions. Do not send back a product unless spoken with a Marie Ricci representative.
Orders are shipped within 2 weeks. Mirrors 3 weeks and the DIY Sweet Dreams Ceiling Medallion ships within 4 business days.
The DIY Sweet Dreams Ceiling Medallion is our most popular design. We have mass produced this design in order to make it more affordable to the masses and for you to custom paint it yourself. All other products in the Marie Ricci Collection are very labor intensive, so the price reflects this process.
All Marie Ricci products are made of a lightweight resin, for indoor and covered outdoor use. The DIY Sweet Dreams Ceiling Medallion is cast in Polypropylene, NO PVC and can be left white or primed and painted. Instructions are included.
All Painted Ceiling Medallions include background touch up paint.
Marie Ricci offers delivery within the continental United States. Out of the country customers, please contact us to receive a shipping quote. Please provide the product and your shipping address in order to speed up the process.
Marie Ricci offers custom colors to coordinate with your design theme. We do not purchase custom colors, you will need to send us your paint. There are a few guidelines, please contact us for instructions before sending any paint.
